Not a great experience with aircon installation from Greentastic Pty Ltd.
Intially had the trouble with pump cost that should have been covered by sales team. Struggled with the installation team, very hard to communicate with them. They did not install the units where we want them to install them and they just said that it cannot be installed and keep installing where they want. They just want to install the units and leave.
Did few unnecessary holes as well as shown in the photo. I had to chase them couple of times to properly cover the external pipes and still drain pipe not covered properly covered and direcly under the direct sun. The outdoor unit has several small damages as well, as shown in the photos.
First time I have seen an installation team like that. Also they want to use the house facilities like they are at their own place.

We had an emerald 270 electric hot water pump installed. Greentastic were great to deal with. They were cost effective with straight forward pricing upfront and excellent communication. The installers were excellent and went above and beyond, to make sure all was ok.

Retailer organise a fast aircon installation for my property. However the heat pump hot water system took longer than expected.
Also I have to chase them around for the electrical/plumbing certificate but eventually got them.
Both installers did a great jobs and look professional.

I had five air-conditioning heads installed, initially they gave me four remotes and then rectifed their mistake by hand delivering a fifth remote. They even took the rubbish away which doesn’t happen very often with other companies.
I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for service and quality of product so far.
