I would like to caution anyone approaching this company. Over the span of two weeks from when I was first contacted by them while looking for an AC system, they have been incredibly pushy pressuring me to take on their service. They called me everyday despite me advising that I was busy with work and I need time to look through product reviews, decide which units to install etc. Ravi (Sales Manager) did not relent with the calls, voicemails and emails telling me to "hurry up". He also pushed for only one brand "Midea Apollo series" which is not a familiar brand to me (thus requiring me time to do my due diligence). They did not provide other brands Mitsubishi, Fujitsu etc. When I advised him I was not proceeding further, he hung up on me straightaway leaving me incredibly shocked and disrespected, considering the boundaries I felt he crossed with his relentless calls. While I can't speak for their installation service, I have never countered this type of boundary-pushing customer service before, and would like to warn others of what they may encounter.

They took the time to understand my specific requirements and recommended the Carrier 17kW reverse cycle system with AirTouch 5. Thanks to this system, I can now control 8 different zones individually, which helps me save on energy costs.A special mention goes to Ravi, who was outstanding throughout the process. He quickly adjusted quotes based on my changing needs, which helped me make an informed decision without any hassle.While there was a slight delay with the old ducts being left on my lawn for a couple of days, they were promptly collected by the cleaning service afterward. This small issue aside, the overall service was excellent, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Greentastic for anyone looking for heating and cooling solutions.

We had an emerald 270 electric hot water pump installed. Greentastic were great to deal with. They were cost effective with straight forward pricing upfront and excellent communication. The installers were excellent and went above and beyond, to make sure all was ok.The time frame from initial inquiry to installation was extremely quick. Would highly recommend Greentastic.
Retailer organise a fast aircon installation for my property. However the heat pump hot water system took longer than expected.Also I have to chase them around for the electrical/plumbing certificate but eventually got them.Both installers did a great jobs and look professional.

Poor service. Promised savings on heating by replacing my ducted gas heating with split system.My power bills are now so high I ration when I heat my home!
I had five air-conditioning heads installed, initially they gave me four remotes and then rectifed their mistake by hand delivering a fifth remote. They even took the rubbish away which doesn’t happen very often with other companies.I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for service and quality of product so far.
