From the start till the end , the support was quiet quick and efficient
Good quality work
Intially had the trouble with pump cost that should have been covered by sales team. Struggled with the installation team, very hard to communicate with them. They did not install the units where we want them to install them and they just said that it cannot be installed and keep installing where they want. They just want to install the units and leave.
Did few unnecessary holes as well as shown in the photo. I had to chase them couple of times to properly cover the external pipes and still drain pipe not covered properly covered and direcly under the direct sun. The outdoor unit has several small damages as well, as shown in the photos.
First time I have seen an installation team like that. Also they want to use the house facilities like they are at their own place.
Thanks to Manish for arranging its installation as urgent next day and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire process was seamless and professional.
The customer service throughout the entire process was outstanding. Thanks to Sumi for helping in documentation and processing application. I will recommend company services to my friends

While there was a slight delay with the old ducts being left on my lawn for a couple of days, they were promptly collected by the cleaning service afterward.
